Hips – you use them to sit, stand, dance, kick, and run, so when they are in pain, it will affect you in all kinds of different ways.
Here are four hip movements that will make your hips feel better.
Big call you say. Maybe, but these exercises will not take you long, and if you do them consistently your pain will reduce and your mobility will increase.
You will need:
Something to hold onto
A band of some sort
A floor or bed
The exercises are:
Standing hip rotations – 5 each side
Bandwalk – 6 each way
Hip stretch – 10 seconds each leg
Gluteal muscle stretch – 10 seconds each leg
Only do these exercises 3 times a week.
