Cancellation & No Show Policy

In order to provide our clients with the best possible care, Need to be Kneaded operates on an appointment-based system. No-shows, late-comers and late cancellations impact greatly on our ability to provide a high-quality service, by taking away an available spot for others, or by interrupting the smooth running of the clinic. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please update your booking online and only contact us directly if you are unable to do so by either text or messenger.

Cancellation Policy. Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling your session with less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your missed appointment.

Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.

These fees will be waived if you are able to send a friend or family member in your place, and they assume the cost of the appointment.

If you are running late, please give us as much notice as possible. We will attempt to accommodate you, however, if there is a client booked immediately after you, your appointment may understandably be cut short.

No-Show Policy. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact us within 20 minutes of your appointment, this is considered a No-Show. Out of consideration to your time, we will call you after 10 minutes. If we do not hear from you, you will be charged a 100% of the appointment.
