Cancellation & No Show Policy
In order to provide our clients with the best possible care, Need to be Kneaded operates on an appointment-based system. No-shows, late-comers and late cancellations impact greatly on our ability to provide a high-quality service, by taking away an available spot for others, or by interrupting the smooth running of the clinic. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please either text, call or update your booking online.
- Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Where possible, we will try to reschedule you to the next earliest convenient appointment. Cancellation on the day of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee above.
- If you are running late, please give us as much notice as possible. We will attempt to accommodate you, however, if there is a client booked immediately after you, your appointment may understandably be cut short.
- If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact us to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 100% No Show fee.
