Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Can be redeemed for a service or product of the same or lesser value, or you can upgrade by paying the difference.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- No refunds will be issued for differences in value if entire value is not redeemed.
- Lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced.
- Gift voucher will be deemed void if notice of cancellation of a booking is not received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the appointment.
- Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or be exchanged for cash, legal tender or products.
- Prices are liable to change: at the time of redemption, if a service price is more than the amount the voucher was purchased for, the recipient is required to pay the difference.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be claimed on Private Health. The health funds have advised that they do not pay benefits for services when the services are fully covered by a third party.
- Services paid with a Gift Voucher cannot be claimed on Private Health for Rebates.
